Post Description

Pay Scale   PAY LEVEL – 10 IN PAY MATRIX (Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500).
Age   Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central / U.T. Government Servant upto 5 years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. For age concession applicable to some other categories of applicants, please see relevant paras of the ‘Instructions and Additional Information to Candidates for Recruitment by Selection.’
Essential Qualification (s)   Education-
Bachelors Degree in Drilling or Mining or Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering or Petroleum Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience-
Two years’ experience in operation or maintenance and repair of different types of Drilling Rigs or construction of different types of Tube wells or Ground Water Development and Management.

Note 1:- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Desirable Qualification (s)  
Duty(ies)   1. The function of AEE is to assist Executive Engineer in all technical, operational, administrative and account matters.
2. He is the in-charge of Divisional workshop and all the operational activities are under his control.
3. He liaisons with the State Government agencies in connection with handing over, cost realization of exploratory well constructed by the CGWB.
4. He also looks after the duties of Executive Engineer in his absence.
5. He looks after the work of Divisional stores as and when required by the Executive Engineer.
Probation   02 Years
Headquarters   CGWB, CHQ, Faridabad (Haryana) with All India Service Liability.
Other Details   General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non Ministerial. The post is permanent.
