महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश
1. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करें तथा विसंगतियां, यदि कोई हों, तुरन्त संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के ध्यान में लाएं |
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ अपने संपूर्ण पत्र व्यवहार में अपना नाम, अनुक्रमांक, रजिस्ट्रेशन आई डी तथा परीक्षा के नाम और वर्ष का उल्लेख करें ।
3. परीक्षा भवन में प्रवेश सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र (प्रिंट आउट) को फोटो पहचान पत्र (मूल), जिसका क्रमांक ई-प्रवेश पत्र में अंकित हो, सहित प्रत्येक सत्र में साथ लाएँ। ई-प्रवेश पत्र को अंतिम परिणाम घोषित होने तक सुरक्षित रखा जाना चाहिए क्योंकि इसे सेवा चयन बोर्ड के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है। जो उम्मीदवार अपना ई-प्रवेश पत्र आवंटित परीक्षा स्थल पर जांच हेतु प्रस्तुत नहीं करेगा, उसे परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
4. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सुरक्षा की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है और यदि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र का इस्तेमाल करता है तब यह प्रमाणित करने का दायित्व आपका है कि आपने किसी प्रतिरूपधारक की सेवा नहीं ली है ।
5. “उम्मीदवार नोट करें कि ओ एम आर उत्तर पत्रक में, विशेषकर अनुक्रमांक और परीक्षण पुस्ति‍का की सीरीज़ कोड के संबंध में विवरण कूटबद्ध करते समय हुई किसी प्रकार की चूक/भूल/विसंगति के मामले में उत्तर पत्रक अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा” ।
6. परीक्षा भवन में उम्मीदवारों का प्रवेश, परीक्षा (प्रत्येक सत्र में) शुरू होने के निर्धारित समय से 30 मिनट पहले बंद कर दिया जाएगा। प्रवेश बंद होने के बाद किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा स्थल में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
7. उम्मीदवार नोट करें कि उम्मीदवार को ई-प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित स्थान के अलावा किसी अन्य स्थान पर उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
8. कृपया संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की वेबसाइट https://www.upsc.gov.in पर उपलब्ध "परीक्षा की नियमावली" और परीक्षा भवन के बाहर प्रदर्शित "पोस्टर" जिसमें अनुदेशों का उल्लेख किया गया है, को पढ़े ।
9. परीक्षा के लिए आपकी उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम है ।
10. परीक्षा भवन परिसर में मोबाइल फोन (स्विच ऑफ मोड में भी नहीं) तथा अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक/अन्य संचार यंत्र अथवा अन्य कोई आपत्तिजनक सामग्री (ई-प्रवेश पत्र, पेपर,रबड आदि में नोट्स बनाना)अपने पास रखना/ इनका इस्तेमाल करना या किसी अनुदेश का उल्लंघन करने पर अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही की जा सकती है, जिसमें उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द करना, उम्मीदवार के विरुद्ध एफआईआर / पुलिस शिकायत दर्ज करना, परीक्षा के अगले सत्र (सत्रों)में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध आदि शामिल है।इसके अतिरिक्त, आयोग परीक्षा नियमों में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार कोई अन्य उचित कार्रवाई भी कर सकता है।
11. परीक्षा के वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न पत्र में उम्मीदवार द्वारा गलत उत्तर अंकित किए जाने पर दंड (ऋणात्मक अंकन) दिया जाएगा ।
12. वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न पत्र में काले बॉल प्वाइंट पेन के अलावा किसी अन्य पेन से अंकित किए गए उत्तरोंं का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा |
13. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा भवन परिसर में कोई भी मूल्यवान / कीमती सामान, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट/डिजिटल वॉच अन्य आईटी गैजेट, पुस्तकें, बैग आदि के साथ प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वें अपने साथ प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं न लाएं क्योंकि परीक्षा-स्थल पर्यवेक्षक इन वस्तुओं को रखने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं करेंगे। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार ऐसी प्रतिबंधित वस्तु लाता है, तो वह उस वस्तु को परीक्षा-स्थल के बाहर रखने का प्रबंध स्वयं करेगा और इस संबंध में हुई किसी क्षति के लिए आयोग जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा-स्थल में अपने साथ केवल ई-प्रवेश पत्र, पेन, पेंसिल, पहचान का प्रमाण, स्वयं की फोटो की प्रतियां (जो भी लागू हो) और ई-प्रवेश पत्र के अनुदेशो में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट अन्य वस्तुओं को लाने की अनुमति होगी। परीक्षा-स्थल के भीतर अन्य किसी वस्तु को साथ ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
14. उम्मीदवार जिनकी फोटो ई प्रवेश पत्र पर स्पष्ट नहीं है उन्हें परिवचन देकर परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए अपने साथ एक फोटो पहचान पत्र प्रमाण जैसे कि आधार कार्ड , ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पासपोर्ट, वोटर आई डी कार्ड इत्यादि एवं तीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटोग्राफ एक - एक प्रत्येक सत्र के लिये लाने होंगे ।
15. ऐसे उम्मीदवार जिन्हे केवल ओ.टी.ऐ. पाठ्यक्रम के लिए प्रवेश दिया गया है, यदि वे अनधिकृत रूप से सम्मिलित रक्षा सेवा परीक्षा (I), 2024 के प्रारंभिक गणित प्रश्न पत्र में बैठते है तो प्रारंभिक गणित प्रश्न पत्र की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओ का मूल्यांकन नही किया जायेगा |
16. उम्मीदवार चाहे तो मास्क का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। तथापि, उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा प्रक्रिया से जुडे अधिकारियों द्वारा सत्यापन के प्रयोजनार्थ अपना मास्क हटाना होगा।
17. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष के साथ-साथ परीक्षा स्थल के परिसर में ‘सामाजिक दूरी’ और ‘निजी साफ-सफाई’ संबंधी मानदंडो का पालन करना होगा।
18. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में केवल पारदर्शी शीशी में ही पानी लाने की अनुमति है। परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में कोई अन्य पेय (कोल्ड-ड्रिंक सहित) या खाद्य पदार्थ लाने की भी मनाही है।
Important Instructions
1. Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of UPSC immediately.
2. Mention your Name, Roll Number,Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with UPSC.
3. Bring this e-Admit card (print out), along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each session to secure admission in the Examination Hall. E-Admit Card must be preserved till the declaration of the final results as its production before Service Selection Board is necessary. Candidate who does not produce his/her e-Admit card for checking at the allotted Venue, shall not be allowed to enter the Examination Venue.
4. You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card , the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the service of any impersonator.
5. "Candidates should note that any omission / mistake / discrepancy in encoding filling in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, will render the answer sheet liable for rejection".
6. The entry of the candidates in the examination venue shall be closed 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the examination (in each session). No candidate shall be allowed to enter into the examination venue after closure of the entry.
7. Candidate should note that candidate will not be allowed to appear at any other Venue except the Venue mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
8. Please Read the “Rules for the Examination" available on the upsc website https://www.upsc.gov.in and "Poster" containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Hall.
9. Your candidature to the examination is provisional.
10. Possession /use of Mobile Phones (even in switch off mode) and other Electronics/Communication devices or any other incriminating material (notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers etc.) or violation of any Instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include cancellation of candidature of candidate, filling of FIR/Police complaint against the candidate or prohibition from appearing in subsequent Sessions(s) of the examination. In addition, the Commission may take any other appropriate action as per provisions contained in the Examination Rules.
11. There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in objective type Question Paper of the Examination.
12. Answers other than those marked by Black Ball Point Pen in objective Question Paper will not be evaluated.
13. Candidate are not allowed to enter the examination premises with any valuables/costly items, mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, bags etc. Candidates are advised not to bring banned items as Venue Supervisor will not make any arrangement for keeping these items at the Venue. In case, a candidate brings any such banned items, he/she will make his/her own arrangement for keeping the same outside the Venue and the Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard. Further, the candidates will be allowed to take with them only e-Admit Card, pen, pencil, identity proof, copies of self-photographs (whichever applicable) and any other items as specified in the Instructions of e-Admit Card to the Venue. No other items shall be allowed to be taken inside the Venue.
14. Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card will have to bring a photo identity proof viz. Adhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID Card etc. and three passport size photographs one for each session for appearing in the examination with an undertaking.
15. Candidates admitted for the OTA course only but who would appear unauthorizedly in ELe. Maths Question Paper for CDSE(I), 2024 their Answer Scripts of Ele. Maths Question Paper will not be Evaluated.
16. Wearing of mask is optional. However, Candidates will have to remove their mask for verification, whenever required by examination functionaries.
17. Candidates to follow norms of ‘social distancing’ as well as ‘personal hygiene’ inside the Examination Halls/Rooms as well as in the premises of the Venue.
18. Candidates are allowed only to carry water in the transparent bottles inside the Examination Hall/Room. Any other beverages (including cold drinks) or any eatable items are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall/Room.
