महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश
1. इंजीनियरी सेवा (प्रारम्भिक) परीक्षा, 2024 क्रमशः 2 घंटे और 3 घंटे के दो सत्रों में आयोजित की जाएगी। दृष्टिबाधित उम्मीदवार को 20 मिनट प्रति घंटे का प्रतिपूरक समय प्रदान किया जाएगा। दिव्यांगन अधिकार अधिनियम (आरपीडब्लयूडी अधिनियम), 2016 की धारा 2(द) के अंतर्गत परिभाषित बेंचमार्क अक्षमता वाले अन्य श्रेणियों के उम्मीदवारो को इस सुविधा का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए किसी सरकारी स्वस्थ्य रक्षा संसथान के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी/सिविल सर्जन/ चिकित्सा अधीक्षक द्वारा परिशिष्ट-IV में दिए गए प्रोफोर्मा में यह प्रमाणित करना होगा की शारीरिक अक्षमता के कारण सम्बंधित व्यक्ति को लिखने में कठिनाई है। तदानुसार, ऐसे उमीदवारों को उत्तर लिखने के लिए सत्र-1(पेपर-1) में 2 घंटा 40 मिनट और सत्र-2 (पेपर-2) में 4 घंटे का समय प्रदान किया जाएगा।
2. पी.डब्ल्यू.बी.डी. / पी.डब्ल्यू.डी. उम्मीदवार, जिन्हें परीक्षा देने हेतु आयोग द्वारा अपना स्क्राइब लाने की अनुमति दी गई है, वे ऐसे स्क्राइब की सहायता केवल तभी ले सकते हैं जब उनके स्क्राइब के पास आयोग द्वारा इस प्रयोजनार्थ विधिवत जारी किया गया वैध स्क्राइब ई-प्रवेश पत्र मौजूद हो ।
3. पी.डब्ल्यू.बी.डी. / पी.डब्ल्यू.डी. उम्मीदवार, जिन्हें परीक्षा देने हेतु आयोग द्वारा अपना स्क्राइब लाने की अनुमति दी गई है, उन्हें आयोग को सूचित किए बिना, बाद में अपने स्क्राइब को बदलने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी ।
4. स्क्राइब उम्मीदवार को प्रश्न पढ़ कर सुनाएंगे और उम्मीदवार के अनुदेश पर वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की ओएमआर शीट पर उपयुक्त वृत्त को चिन्हित करेंगे और भरेंगे। उम्मीदवार, स्क्राइब को स्पष्ट रूप से बताएंगे कि उनके अनुमान के अनुसार दिए गए चारों विकल्पों में से सही विकल्प‍ क्या है ताकि स्क्राइब तदानुसार काले बॉल प्वाइंट पेन से उपयुक्त वृत्त को काला करके उत्तर चिन्हित कर सके |
5. उम्मीदवार को उसके द्वारा दर्ज कराए जाने वाले उत्तर को सही अथवा अन्यथा बताने के लिए स्क्राइब ऐसा कोई संकेत, आवाज या कोई अन्य प्रकार की बातचीत या संवाद नहीं करेंगे। ऐसा कोई भी प्रयास किए जाने पर उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा के लिए अयोग्य करार दिया जाएगा और उम्मीदवार तथा स्क्राइब दोनों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी ।
6. स्क्राइब, उम्मीदवार को शांतिपूर्वक प्रश्न पढ़ कर सुनाएगा अथवा उम्मीदवार उत्तर-पत्रक में सही उत्तर चिन्हित करने के लिए स्क्राइब को शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से बताएगा जिससे परीक्षा हॉल में शांति बनी रहे और वहां बैठे अन्य उम्मीदवारों को कोई परेशानी न हो ।
7. उम्मीदवार और स्क्राइब एक घोषणा-पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर करेंगे कि वे परीक्षा में उम्मीदवार और उसके स्क्राइब के आचरण के संबंध में आयोग के अनुदेशों से अवगत हैं और उन्होंने इन अनुदेशो को पढ़ लिया है तथा वे इन अनुदेशों का अनुपालन करने का वचन देते है ।
8. उम्मीदवारों अथवा उनके द्वारा लाए गए स्क्राइब को आयोग द्वारा किसी टीए/डीए अथवा अन्य पारिश्रमिक का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा ।
9. किसी भी अनुदेश का उल्लंघन करने पर उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द किए जाने के साथ-साथ आयोग द्वारा उम्मीदवार/स्क्राइब के विरुद्ध अन्य उचित कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। उम्मीदवार और स्क्राइब दोनों पर ही परीक्षा की नियमावली लागू होगी और इनके उल्लंघन किए जाने पर परीक्षा की नियमावली के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी ।
10. उम्मीदवार/स्क्राइब चाहे तो मास्क का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। तथापि, उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा प्रक्रिया से जुड़े अधिकारियों द्वारा सत्यापन के प्रयोजनार्थ अपना मास्क हटाना होगा।
11. उम्‍मीदवार/स्क्राइब अपने इस्‍तेमाल के लिए पारदर्शी शीशी (छोटे आकार की) में हैंड सैनिटाइजर ला सकते है ।
12. उम्‍मीदवारों/स्क्राइबों को कोविड-19 के मानदण्‍डों का अनुपालन करते हुए, परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष के भीतर तथा परीक्षा-स्‍थल परिसर में सामाजिक दूरी और निजी साफ-सफाई का ध्‍यान रखना होगा ।
Important Instructions
1. The Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination 2024 will be held in two sessions of 2 hours and 3 hours respectively plus twenty minutes per hour compensatory time for Persons with benchmark Disabilities in the categories of low vision. In case of other categories of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities as defined under section 2(r) of RPwD Act-2016, this facility will be provided on production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write, from the Chief Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care institution as per proforma at Appendix-IV. Such candidates will accordingly be allowed 2 hours 40 minutes in Session-I (Paper-1) and 4 hours in Session-II (Paper-2) to answer.
2. PwBD & PwD Candidates, who have been permitted by the Commission to bring their own scribe to write the exam, will be allowed to avail the assistance of such Scribe, only if he/she carries a valid Scribe e-Admit Card duly issued by the Commission for such purpose.
3. PwBD & PwD Candidates, who have been permitted by the Commission to bring their own scribe to write the exam, will not be allowed to change their Scribe subsequently without intimating the Commission.
4. The scribe will read out the question to the candidate and on candidate’s instruction, mark and shade the appropriate circles on the objective type OMR sheet. The candidate will clearly indicate to the scribe as to which of the four responses in his/her estimation, is the correct response so that the scribe can mark the answer accordingly by blackening the appropriate circle with Black Ball Point Pen.
5. The scribe will make no gestures, sounds or any other response or communication designed to indicate to the candidate the correctness or otherwise of the answer being recorded by him/her.Any such attempt would entail disqualification of the candidate and stringent action against both the candidate and the scribe shall be taken.
6. The peace in the examination hall or of the other candidates seated in the examination hall should not be disturbed while the scribe reads out the questions to the candidate or when the candidate indicates the correct response to the scribe for marking in the answer-sheet.
7. The candidate and the scribe will sign a declaration that they are aware of/have read the Commission’s instructions regarding the conduct of the candidate and his/her scribe and they undertake to abide by these instructions.
8. No TA/DA or any remuneration will be paid by the Commission either to the candidates or the scribes brought by them.
9. Violation of any of the instructions shall entail cancellation of the candidature of the candidate in addition to any other appropriate action that may be taken by the Commission against the candidate/scribe. Both the candidate and the scribe shall be subject to the rules of examination and action will be taken against them for violation of the same as per rules of the examination.
10. Wearing of mask is optional. Candidates/scribes, however, will have to remove their masks for verification, whenever required by the examination functionaries.
11. Candidate/scribe may carry his/her own hand sanitizer (small size) in transparent bottle.
12. Candidates/scribes to follow COVID 19 norms of ‘social distancing’ as well as ‘personal hygiene’ inside the Examination Halls/Rooms as well as in the premises of the Venue.
