| Pay Scale | Level-10 in the pay matrix (₹ 56,100-1,77,500/-) plus NPA. |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years for General and EWS candidates as on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
A. EDUCATION (i) Degree in Homoeopathy of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/ Council of equivalent recognized under the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973). (ii) Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Homoeopathy. NOTE- 1 The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates in India. NOTE- 2 The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. NOTE- 3 The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at discretion of the Commission, for reason to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and the Schedule Tribes if, at any stage of selection, the Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |

1) The General Duty Medical Officer will provide comprehensive homoeopathic medical care, preventive and curative to the patients. 2) After examination of a patient, the General Duty Medical Officer will record symptoms and findings in brief, investigation done, diagnosis and the treatment prescribed on the OPD ticket. 3) The Officer will carry out such other duties as may be assigned by the Directorate from time to time. |
