Post Description

Pay Scale   PB-3(Rs. 15600-39100) plus AGPRs. 5400
Age   Not exceeding 35years as on normal closing date. No exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 35 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T./State Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/ orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   A. EDUCATIONAL
Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in English Subject with first class or equivalent either at Bachelor’s Level Degree or Master’s Level Degree.

Note-Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Note-1-If a Class/ Division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/ division. If a Grade Point System is adopted, the Cumulative Grade Point Average will be converted into equivalent marks as below
