| Pay Scale | Level-10 plus other emoluments applicable, as per the 7th CPC PB-3 (Rs.15600 – 39100) plus Rs.5400/- Grade Pay plus other emoluments applicable, as per the 6th CPC (Pre revised) |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Class candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 40 years for SC & ST candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Note Relaxable for Central/U.T. Government servants and employees of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation upto five years in accordance with the instruction or orders issued by the Central Government. |
| Essential Qualification (s) |
A. Educational: Degree of a recognized university. Note I Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. B. Experience: Three years’ experience of Administration or Accounts or Marketing or Public Relation or Insurance or Revenue or Tax related matters in a Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body. Note II the qualification (s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or scheduled Tribes if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the required experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
| Desirable Qualification (s) |
Educational Qualified Subordinate Accounts Services, or passed Institute of Costs and Works Accounts or Master of Business Administration (Finance), or a Degree in Law. Experience Experience in matters relating to social insurance or Labour Laws. |
| Duty(ies) |
1. To assist the Regional Director in all his duties when they are posted in Regions. 2. To assist Joint Director in his duties at Hqrs. Office. 3. To perform such duties as may be assigned to them. |

| Headquarters | ESI Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, C.I.G. Marg, New Delhi-110002. The officers will be liable to serve anywhere in India. |
