Post Description
| Pay Scale | Revised Pay as per 7th CPC Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the Pay Matrix. Total emoluments at the time of initial appointment will be Rs.47600/- DA as admissible per month |
| Age | Not exceeding 30 years for General Category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 30 years for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates, 33 years for Other Backward Class candidates, 35 years for Scheduled Caste candidates and 35 years for Scheduled Tribe candidates as on normal closing date in case of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central Government Servant upto Five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
A. EDUCATIONAL A Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent (equivalent may be treated as LLB). Note Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. B. EXPERIENCE Three years experience at the bar. Note The qualification(s) regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribes, if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancy reserved for them. |
