Post Description

Pay Scale   Pay Matrix level-7 (Rs. 44900-142400/-)
Age   Not exceeding 35 years as on closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled Tribe candidates as on closing date in respect of the vacancy reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   A.EDUCATIONAL-
Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science of a recognized University or equivalent.

Note-I Qualifications are relaxable at the Union Public Service Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

B. EXPERIENCE-
5 years’ experience in a responsible capacity in a Government or Semi-Government organization or a commercial concern of repute out of which 3 years’ experience should be in establishment/financial matter including budget/accounts work.

Note-II The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reason to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the posts reserved for them.
Desirable Qualification (s)  
Duty(ies)   To oversee all Establishment/Audit/Budget/Accounts matters.
Probation   Two Years
Headquarters   BOC HQR, New Delhi, but likely to be posted at Bangalore, Pune, Guwahati & Itanagar.
Other Details   Of the four posts, two posts are permanent and two posts are temporary but likely to be continued indefinitely. General Central Service Group- “B” Gazetted (Ministerial).
