Post Description

Pay Scale   Pay Level-7
Age   Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Tribes candidates and not exceeding 33 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants upto Five years as per instructions/order issued by the Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   EDUCATIONAL:- Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University or equivalent (*)

Desirable Qualification (s)  
Duty(ies)   In-charge as Head of Office and exercise supervision and control over the staff where he/she has independent charge. Hiring/ requisitioning / Acquisition of properties/ maintenance of Land Records/ discharge the duties under ACR Rules, 1944/Law Suits/attend Board Meetings. Functions as Staff Officer to DEO in all technical/ Administration matters.
Probation   02 Years
Headquarters   All India Service Liability and the person so appointed to the post, is liable to be posted in any office of Defence Estates Organization.
Other Details   General Central Service, Group-B Gazetted (Non-Ministerial). These posts are permanent.
