Post Description

Pay Scale   Academic Level 13A as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,31,400/-.
Age   Not exceeding 50 years for as on normal closing date. Relaxable for regular appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five Years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   (A) Educational-

(i) Good academic record with a first or high class Master’s Degree with Doctorate Degree or equivalent published work and teaching experience of degree classes of not less than ten years.

Or

(ii) Good academic record with first or high second class Master’s Degree with teaching experience of degree classes of not less than 15 years.

Note 1 Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

(B) Experience-

(i) Teaching experience of degree classes of not less than 10 years in case of those possessing Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree or equivalent published work,
(ii) Teaching experience of degree classes of not less than 15 years in case of those possessing Master’s Degree.
Desirable Qualification (s)   Administrative experience in a recognized institution.
