| Pay Scale | Level-10 (Rs.56100-Rs. 177500) of Pay Matrix under 7th CPC (Pre-revised GP Rs.5400/- under PB-3 of Rs.15600- Rs.39100) |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years as on closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
A. EDUCATIONAL- i. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. ii. Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare Laws/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. NOTE The qualifications are relaxable at Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. B. EXPERIENCE- Three years’ experience in a responsible capacity in handling/dealing with Labour Problems in a Government Establishment or Industry or Trade Union Organization. |
| Desirable Qualification (s) | Knowledge of Hindi and/or Urdu. |

1. To promote harmonious industrial relation and labour management co-ordination to prevent disputes. 2. Ensure statutory obligations regarding condition of Employment and Service. 3. Promotion measures for increase in production and efficiency in establishment and redress grievances of Industrial and Non-Industrial Workers. |
