Post Description
Pay Scale | As per 7th CPC Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100/-) in the Pay Matrix. Total emoluments excluding T.A. & HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 47,600/- plus DA as applicable per month approximately. |
Age | Not exceeding 30 years for General and EWS category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled caste and Schedule tribe candidates and not exceeding 33 years for other Backward class candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/UT Government Servant upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s) |
EDUCATIONAL- (i) Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute OR (ii) Integrated Bachelor degree in Law (Five Years’) from a recognized University or Institute OR (iii) Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. |
Desirable Qualification (s) |
(i) One year experience in the field of Corporate Law (ii) Should be conversant with the tools and techniques of collection of evidence or recordings of statements and presentation of evidence in proceedings. Note 1- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidate otherwise well qualified. Note 2- The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribes, if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
Duty(ies) |
(a) To assist as member of investigation team for examination of investigation cases relating to corporate Law. (b) To render assistance in collection and collation of evidence /recording of statements (c) To present evidences for the preparation of reports to be subsequently used in Prosecution. (d) Any other work assigned from time to time. |
