Post Description

Pay Scale   Pay Matrix Level - 7 Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400/- Total Emoluments Rs. 44,900/- plus DA as applicable per month.
Age   Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on closing date. Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years for EWS candidates as on closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 33 (thirty three) years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/UT Government servants upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   A. Educational
Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University.
Note The qualification relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
B. Experience
Two years’ experience in Administration, Accounts and establishment, Legal or Vigilance matters in Central or State or Union Territory Government or Government Autonomous or Statutory Organisation or Central or State Public Sector Corporation or University.
Desirable Qualification (s)   (i) Degree in Law or Personnel Management from recognized University
(ii) Knowledge of Govt. Rules and Regulations relating to Administration, Accounts and Establishment.
Duty(ies)   To look after the work of Administration, Accounts and Establishment, Legal or vigilance matters and other allied duties.
Probation   Two years for direct recruits.
Headquarters   Headquarters is at Kolkata with All India service liability.
Other Details   General Central Service, Group ‘B’, Gazetted, Ministerial. The post is permanent.
Any Other Conditions   NPS w.e.f. 01.01.2004.
