Post Description

Pay Scale   Level–10 of pay matrix (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) as per 7th CPC.
Age   Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant up to Five Years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   (A) EDUCATIONAL - Master Degree in Management Studies (Master of Business Administration) with specialization in Human Resource Management from recognized University.
(B) EXPERIENCE - Three Years teaching experience in management studies (Master of Business Administration) in Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or any recognized institutions.

Note- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Desirable Qualification (s)  
Duty(ies)   The duties and responsibilities of the post include taking classes of various training courses run by this Academy. He/She will specifically be responsible to take classes on subject like Human Resource Management, Leadership, Moral, Motivation, Stress Management/Ethics/Management Function Behaviour/Social Process in Behaviour issues/Human Resource Planning/Organizational Dynamics/Employment Relations/Managing Change in Organization. He/She will also assist the Deputy Director to excute all the training programmes pertaining to Basic Training and In-service courses and manage the training schedule undertaken by the Academy and other administrative works assigned by the Authority.
