| Pay Scale | Level 10 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.56100 - Rs.177500) as per 7th CPC. |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
Essential:- A qualification recognized for enrolment in the Register of Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Note 1:- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reason to be recorded in writing in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Note 2:- Recruitment to the post of Assistant Director (Cost) shall be made by direct recruitment on the basis of selection to be made by the Commission. Note 3:- The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be as advertised by Union Public Service Commission for receipt of applications from candidates in India |
