| Age | Not exceeding 30 years as on closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Castes candidates as on closing date in respect of the vacancy reserved for them. Not exceeding 33 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on closing date in respect of the vacancy reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
A. Educational (i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University Or (ii) Degree of a recognized University B. Experience (i) Two years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping (alongwith Master’s Degree). Or (ii) Four years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping (alongwith Bachelor’s Degree). Note I Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Note II The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste if, at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the required experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
