| Age | Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 33 years for Other backward Classes candidates and not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Caste candidates as on normal closing date in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ UT Government Servant upto five years as per instructions/order issued by Govt. of India from time to time. |
| Essential Qualification (s) |
A- EDUCATIONAL B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc. (Engr) degree in Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or Electronics and Communication or Information Technology or Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology or Electrical Engineering with Telecommunication as a special subject from a recognized University or Institute OR Master degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology or Artificial Intelligence or Physics with Electronics or Communication or Wireless or Radio subjects as specialization from a recognized University or Institute. Note- The qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. |
| Desirable Qualification (s) | Three years’ experience in Radio Communication or Computer Communication or Satellite Communication or Artificial Intelligence or Internet of Things or Cyber Security from Central Government or State Government or Union Territory or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory or Autonomous organization. |
| Duty(ies) | The JAD shall be responsible for providing uninterrupted communication at Inter State Police Wireless station situated in the State / U.T. Function as Technical / Administrative Officer of the ISPW Station. Responsible to work at Central Workshops at Hqrs, Training Centre, Installation Team and other functional wings of the Directorate. |

| Headquarters | New Delhi. However, the post carries the liability to serve anywhere in India. |
