| Pay Scale | Level-10 in the pay matrix Plus NPA as admissible. |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years as on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on normal closing date in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants and employees of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
EDUCATION- (i) A degree in Ayurveda from a recognized University or Statutory State Board/ Council/ faculty of Indian Medical recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970( 48 of 1970). (ii) Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine. NOTE- The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. |

| Duty(ies) | Organize the dispensary, outpatient department and allot duties to the anciliary staff to ensure smooth running of the OPD. Record symptoms and findings, investigations, advised, diagnosis and treatment to patients.
