Post Description

Pay Scale	Pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) plus 5400 (Grade Pay) Revised Pay as per 7th CPC Level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500) in the Pay Matrix. (Total emoluments excluding T.A. & HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 56,100/- plus DA as applicable per month approximately).
Age	Not exceeding 35 years on normal closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central Govt. / UT Government servants upto five years as per the instructions issued by the Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)	A. EDUCATIONAL-Master of Science in Microbiology or in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute B. EXPERIENCE- 01 year in the manufacturing and testing of biological products of Human use. Note- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Desirable Qualification (s)	(i) Three Years’ Administrative experience in handling skilled and unskilled labour, (ii) Diploma in Chemical Engineering and Knowledge of fabrication of equipment, (iii) Three years’ experience of Stores Accounting.
Duty(ies)	The incumbent of the post has to supervise for the planning of Production and testing of vaccine and sera.
Probation	One year.
